Augustine Grill Winemaker Dinner - SOLD OUT

An intimate Winemaker Dinner will kick off the festival on Wednesday evening, July 16. Wine experts from J.A. Balistreri Vineyards in Palisade, CO will pair their wines with three courses.

First Course ˜ Soup

Champagne & Pear with whipped cream & mint

Second Course ˜ Salad

Spinach tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette & topped with
Panchetta, goat cheese, strawberries, spiced pecans, & red onion

Third Course

Crab Napoleon
 
Layers of seasoned crab & crispy wonton skins

Main Entrée

Beef Tenderloin

Seasoned & Grilled 5oz tenderloin drizzled with Béarnaise Sauce,
Accompanied by sautéed brown sugar & balsamic button mushrooms,
Pan roasted potatoes with bacon & green onions, and asparagus

Grand Finale Course

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Topped with sliced bananas in a Bourbon Caramel Sauce
